Located in the heart of ski
country, The Back Side Inn is one of the closest full-service Inns to the new
Mount Sunapee Resort for family recreation. Mount Sunapee boasts southern New
Hampshire’s highest vertical, plenty of long cruisers, challenging steeps and a
complete beginners area. Also, the inn is approximately 35 minutes from Ragged
Mountain Ski & Golf Resort, approximately 50 minutes from Okemo Mountain in
Ludlow, VT, and a little more than one hour from Killington and other northern
ski areas.
Truly a four season
establishment. Guests arrive here for many different reasons. The area is host
to many sporting activities such as bicycle races, Sailing Regattas on Lake
Sunapee, basketball tournaments, fishing derbies, motor-cross track racing for
dirt bikes, ATV’s and truck racing, oval track car racing in Claremont,
snowmobilers, and ski & snowboard competitive events.
