There is a
two-night minimum stay during the following times:
- Memorial Day Weekend
- Father’s Day Weekend through the last
weekend in October
- December 26 through the third weekend
in March
(and Easter holiday periods)
Depending on
availability, one night stays may be arranged during these times, for
last minute travelers, to find out how please call at the beginning of
the week of the desired one-night stay, this is to help fill
cancellations when they occur.
Extended Stay Rates Available for Business or pleasure 5+ nights,
non-holiday, please arrange directly with innkeepers. |

Please note that our
accommodations are non-smoking. Due to health concerns and the damaging
effects of smoke, there is to be no smoking within the confines of the
building. Also, here at the Back Side Inn, we try to keep a peaceful,
relaxing atmosphere and therefore require that children not be left
unattended at any time. The registered guest accepts responsibility for
all damage due to negligence incurred on the premises by any member of
his/her party. If it is determined during the party’s stay or after
check-out that any violation of these requirements has occurred, actions
may result in a fine of $250.00 plus any and all damages resulting from
said negligence, and/or dismissal from the premises without refund. Thank
you for your cooperation and understanding. |
